Memorial Eye Center - Westchase

Memorial Eye Westchase is the most amazing place to have eye exams etc. The staff is so caring and they show great concern with assisting their patients. The entire staff is GREAT !! A big shout out to Broderick!! You everybody has a favorite lol 😆

My recent visit here was really good. The facility was clean and all the staff was extremely nice. Richard and Broadrick was very helpful with my helping me with my benefits and fitting. Dr Ly was very sweet and thoroughly explained every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable. I definitely felt like they cared about my eye needs.

I first went to Stanton optical right down the street and it was horrible! Glad I found this place instead..Dr. To is the best and made my experience even better than I expected. This was my very first eye doctor visit and she was so sweet and patient. I didn't feel rushed like most doctors tend to do. She listened to my complaints and delivered just what I needed. Would highly recommend

I had a great experience at Memorial Eye Center in Westchase. The eye exam was thorough and professional, covering everything needed to properly assess both eye health and vision requirements for eyewear. I felt confident in the care I received and appreciated the detailed attention during the exam. The only minor drawback was that my prescription did not include the PD (pupillary distance) measurement. I had to get it done separately at Costco when I went to check out frames. I'm not sure if this was a standard policy or just an oversight in my case. Other than that, it was an amazing experience overall — from the staff’s professionalism to the smooth process throughout. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care.

Awesome Customer Service. The Doctors and Staff were Phenomenal. I would highly recommend using them if you live in The Westchase and surrounding areas! Great selection of frames and good hearted people. ❤️💯✊🏾
